To celebrate Canada's 150th, we will be hosting an exhibit called "Our Canada 150", full of photographs taken by Kirkland Lakers from their travels across Canada - whether it's just down the road, or on the other side of the country.

What does Canada mean to you? What people, events, and places embody Canada's history or our cultural identity? Your photos will help tell the story of what Canada represents, and what it means to be Canadian. Pictures can be old or new.
Those wishing to submit images to the exhibit are asked to include a few sentences or a paragraph to explain how the image relates to the theme and why you feel it is uniquely Canadian.
There will also be a "Viewer's Choice" contest. Whichever photograph and caption receives the most number of votes from Museum visitors by August 30th, the photographer will receive a prize pack from the Museum, including a free family membership to the Museum for a year.
We ask that all images be submitted by June 26th.
